The beach in Mechelinki has long since been a popular tourist attraction. In 2014 a beautiful 180 meter long walking pier was built, which is a part of the local fishing harbor. From the pier one can enjoy the vistas of “Mechelinki Cliff” and the “Mechelinki Fields” nature preserve.
One can also find a fish market here where fresh fish are available every day.
A small fishing village, part of the Coastal Landscape Park. Located in the scenic Rewa headland which stretches for over a kilometer into the sea, separating the warm waters of Bay of Puck from the colder waters of Bay of Gdansk. It's the perfect spot for water sports.
Hel Peninsula features multiple beautiful cycling routes. Two-wheel aficionados can make their way through the entire peninsula whilst enjoying the surrounding nature and captivating vistas. A bicycle trip can be combined with beach activities, as the routes run close to many beautiful beaches of the peninsula.
The most popular cycling route in the region begins in Puck and runs by the Bay of Puck, through Swarzewo, Władysławowo, Chałupy, Kuźnica, Jastarnia, Jurata all the way to Hel at the very end of the peninsula. The routes total length is 45 km. On the way you'll find many attractions, interesting landmarks and restaurants.
The tricity (Trojmiasto) invites tourists with its numerous historical monuments and many attractions in Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia. Each city entices with its own signature attractions such as: Long Market (Dlugi Targ) and Neptunes Fountain (Fontanna Neptuna) in Gdansk, the pier in Sopot (Longest wooden pier in Europe), Kosciuszko Market Square (Skwer Kosciuszki), Ship Museum „Lightning” (Okret muzeum „Blyskawica”) and Ship Museum „Gift of Pomerania” (Okret muzeum „Dar Pomorza”). With these and so many more attractions to see you will never get bored.
In the Tricity you will also find many night clubs, bars as well as the beach and restaurants with many regional dishes to try. There is something for everyone. The most popular mode of transportation is Fast City Rail (Szybka Kolej Miejska – SKM).
